Who Pays & Responsibilities
Often yes, if your lease or community rules assign it to tenants. The property owner remains ultimately responsible, but leases may require tenants to pay the HOA directly or reimburse the owner. In some jurisdictions, if the owner’s account is delinquent, rent can be directed to the HOA until the balance is current.

Non-Payment, Collections & Credit
The HOA itself doesn’t report to credit bureaus. If a third-party collection agency is engaged and reports the debt, the delinquency may appear on your credit file. Paying on time—or resolving quickly—avoids collections activity.
In many jurisdictions, yes—as a last resort and according to your community’s governing documents and state law. Contact us to resolve before it gets there.
How Your HOA Works with Us
We centralize billing, payments, and member communications so boards can focus on governance. Your board still makes policy and budget decisions per your documents.
Boards set an annual budget for common areas, services, and reserves. The total is divided per your documents to create each unit’s assessment.
