New Online Member Portal Now Available

We’re excited to announce the launch of our completely redesigned Member Portal, offering enhanced functionality, improved security, and a more intuitive user experience. The new portal features streamlined navigation, faster loading times, and mobile responsiveness.

Key improvements include a consolidated dashboard view, one-click payment processing, and an updated document library with improved search capabilities. All existing account information and payment history has been seamlessly transferred to the new system.

Enhanced Security Measures Implemented

In our ongoing commitment to protecting your data, we’ve implemented additional security measures across all our digital platforms. These include multi-factor authentication for all accounts, advanced encryption protocols for data transmission, and enhanced monitoring systems.

Beginning November 1st, all users will be required to enable two-factor authentication. We’ve prepared a comprehensive guide to help you through the setup process, available in the Member Resources section of our portal.

Community Beautification Grant Program

We’re pleased to announce a new grant program designed to support community beautification projects. Applications are now open for eligible neighborhoods through December 15th. The program offers funding up to $5,000 for projects that enhance common areas, gardens, and recreational spaces.

Priority will be given to projects that demonstrate community involvement and sustainability. Application forms and guidelines are available for download in the Community Resources section of our Member Portal.

Updated Assessment Payment Policies

Effective January 1, 2025, several updates to our assessment payment policies will take effect. These changes are designed to improve transparency and provide more flexible payment options for our members.

Key changes include a new 12-month payment plan option, revised late fee structures, and expanded automatic payment capabilities. The full policy document is available in the Governing Documents section of our portal.

Annual Community Awards Ceremony

Join us for our annual Community Awards Ceremony on November 15th, where we’ll recognize outstanding volunteers, board members, and community improvement projects from across our network. This year’s event will be held at the Grand Ballroom, Washington Convention Center.

Nominations are now open for the Community Spirit Award, Outstanding Volunteer Recognition, and Excellence in Landscape Maintenance categories. Nomination forms are available in the Community Events section.

Mobile App Update: New Features Available

Our mobile app has been updated with new features including push notifications for important announcements, quick payment options, and an improved community directory search function. Version 3.2 also includes enhanced accessibility features and bug fixes.

Users can now save payment methods for faster checkout and access downloadable versions of frequently requested documents. The update is available now in the App Store and Google Play. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, search for “HOA Connect” in your device’s app store.
