Card Payment Details

Convenience Fee

A 2.75% convenience fee applies to all card transactions to cover processing costs.

Installment Plans

We offer flexible installment plans to spread your annual assessment over multiple months. These plans are provided and administered by the Homeowners Association of America.

Plan Options

Quarterly Plan
4 equal payments throughout the year
Monthly Plan
12 equal payments throughout the year
Semi-Monthly Plan
24 payments (twice per month)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Current on all prior-year assessments.
  • No active prior-year payment plans.
  • Permitted by your community’s governing documents.

Important Terms

A one-time $25 processing fee applies to all plans. Missing two consecutive payments may make the remaining balance immediately due.
