Convenience Fee
A 2.75% convenience fee applies to all card transactions to cover processing costs.
Installment Plans
We offer flexible installment plans to spread your annual assessment over multiple months. These plans are provided and administered by the Homeowners Association of America.

 - Permitted by your community’s governing documents.
 
Plan Benefits
Important Terms
A one-time $25 processing fee applies to all plans. Missing two consecutive payments may make the remaining balance immediately due.
How to Request a Plan
Requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days. An HOA representative will contact you to finalize details.
